About Zwivhuya
I achieved straight 'A's for Math and Physical Sciences for my matric. Due to that my marks were good (5 'A's out of 7), I was able to get a chance to study at WITS University, doing a BSc in Mechanical Engineering where I graduated, currently pursuing my career as a Mechanical Engineer. In my degree, I have done a lot of engineering maths and physics which broadened my understanding of maths and physics topics and has given me a better understanding of how better I could have completed my grade 12 if I had that knowledge before.

I prefer teaching learners and students who are inquisitive and who will not just agree to what I am saying without understanding. I do a little bit of theory just to check if the basic concepts are understood, if not I would polish the basics. But I prefer teaching fundamental ways that would help learners understand any problems learners will come across. Last and most important practice, practice and practice. - The 1st preferred language is English, but learners who speak Tshivenda, isiZulu and Sepedi would be at an advantage since I understand those too. - Students can expect basics check lessons for understanding topics, and lots of solving problems from fundamental, exam type and complex type problems. - The lessons are aimed at students who are serious about learning and improving their grades. - Learners do not have to replace their school lessons with these sessions since not a lot of theory will be covered assuming they will be doing the topics at school.

Perfect! When one is asked to equate a teacher to the quote “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge” by Albert Einstein, it will have to be Mr Zwivhuya. He is one of the best tutors that I have ever encountered. The knowledge that he has about Physics and Mathematics is one that goes beyond the expected information that is found in the textbooks. This immaculate knowledge has enabled him to suppress and simplify the complex topics in such subjects in such a way where it makes you as a learner understand the work to a similar degree as him. In stating that, the student’s understanding is crucial to him and the only way in which that understanding can be determined is when the student is capable of explaining that particular topic in a way that is simple and unique to them which all justified the excellent marks that I had obtained on my matric IEB finals. I went from obtaining low B’s in Mathematics and Physics to obtaining high B’s and A’s. These marks have also encouraged me to pursue a career in Health Sciences at University.
