About Itumeleng
My name is Itumeleng Mokoena. I am very shy but also talkative a times. My priorities are God, my family and my students. I love cricket, maths and photography, anything visually stimulating actually. EGD is my baby, I will defend it with my life. I passed EGD with distinctions throughout high school until university but that was not the reasonI fell in love with it. It was solely because of how it opened so many interesting opportunities and hobbies for me. So come let us tackle this EGD and take it beyond the orthodox pencil to paper.

I believe in exposing new possibilities and new ideas to learners, and how they can build off those to create their own. Therefore in most my lesson I refrain from using boring and absolute content. My skills in CAD and Blender allow me to teach beyond the orthodox EGD on paper, of conventional shapes and prisms and venture off into the world on computerised 3D designing using EGD fundamentals . I teach learners how to create things in their imagination using these softwares, for instance I created my own 3D title cards, toys and 3D CGI environments.
This nuanced and relatable approach creates an interest in the subject amongst learners.
