Having worked with Leanne for 10 years as a work mate and when she trained me on 3 pieces of machinery. She put me at ease telling me of her experiences and that put me in a positive frame of mind. She would allow me to make a mistake and would rectify me with positve remarks not negative. I would always contact her even after my training and she was always available for advice. Leanne is a lady of great passion,experience and persistence for helping people.
