About Manju
I bring over 7 years of experience in academia, with 5 years as an Assistant Professor at an Engineering College and 2.5 years as a Project Associate. I hold a Master’s in Technology (M.Tech), which has provided me with a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of engineering and mathematics. My experience in these roles has not only honed my subject matter expertise but also deepened my passion for teaching, especially in tackling challenging and complex topics.
I specialize in teaching "problematic" papers – subjects that students typically find difficult but which, with the right approach, can be made more accessible. I take great pride in making these challenging topics engaging and understandable for my students. My teaching style is rooted in empathy and patience. I understand that many students struggle with math and technical subjects, and I make it a point to create a supportive and non-judgmental learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions.

Teaching Methodology and Techniques include Active Learning, Conceptual Understanding First, and a Solid foundation before moving on to more advanced topics, Providing detailed feedback on student’s progress, and helping them understand mistakes and correct them.
A typical lesson plan starts by reviewing the previous lesson and then introducing to New Topic then students work through a set of problems with my guidance. After the guided practice, the student works on problems independently to solidify their learning Conclude with a review of what was covered during the lesson.
I offer math tutoring to a wide range of students from Primary and Secondary School Students to College and University Students.
