Worked out and learned how to from Boot camp in the U.S. Navy. Got out at eighteen. Kept up some, not the best shape of my life now. But I could teach people what I have learned.

Online radio Disc Jockey, musician of sorts, writer, worked a lot of jobs. Fast food to construction, factory to other types of customer service jobs. Including a gym assistant at the Tomah VA Medical Center. Worked out of my own volition periodically.

Explain what i want person to do, why. Questions? Demonstrate, let them demonstrate. Add pointers, anything posture related, form, proper movements. Cover a full set of different work outs for the week. Rotate and change up every week. Attempt to encourage any extra movement and physical and activity.
