About Dawson
No matter what you’re looking to improve in regards to dance/movement I’m here to help! Rhythm, groove, musicality, dynamics, technique, improvisation, personal artistry or even the basics, the list goes on! We can do it all together!
Since I started teaching 2 years ago it’s been my goal to convey what I know in a clear and understandable manner. I’m well trained to notice flaws in technique and give back good constructive criticism. Whatever you’re wanting to improve I’d love to work with you on it!
For me dance is an outlet to connect and understand. It also makes me feel good. The reason I continue to be on the teaching side is because I learn so much from each person I work with, young and old. Every person has a different story and with that comes unique perspectives. The authentic knowledge exchange that occurs between humans is something I value heavily.

Hello! I’m Dawson Walker!
I have been dancing since high school and graduated from Orange County School of the Arts with a commercial dance degree. I was then accepted into NYU and Pace for dance but chose to go overseas to continue training in Italy. Since graduating, I have been dancing and teaching professionally in the LA/OC area.
I work for two dance studios and two dance companies. My formal training consists of ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, hip hop, modern, lyrical, and little bit of acrobatics!
