About Sam
I am a professional biologist, with Associate Membership of the Royal Society of Biology, graduated with a First Class degree in Genetics from the University of Essex. I have been tutoring since I was an A-Levels student, with extensive experience in GCSE and A-Level teaching. I can offer tuition lessons in all areas of Biology, including niche areas such as Genetics, Epigenetics, Cancer Biology and Immunology.

I work with the student to establish a routine for our class, and identify areas of weakness to focus on. This way, in line with the academic curriculum set by the school, we can arrange a lesson plan for the foreseeable future and work on those areas of weakness at the time needed for school learning as well, by personally researching the topic, preparing explanations and quizzes and offering light reading and homework to solidify learning.
