I am a software engineer, i always wanted to teach other people who are eager to learn. Many places i see the teaching materials but am not convinced with that and wanted to teach people with my own methodology. Having industry's experience it helps me to decide what not to do.

As everyone says that practicals are required rather then the theory, but practicals with relevant theory is more important. I believe on teaching concepts with theory to get your fundamentals clear then moves to practicals, which will be relatively easy as you're already clear with fundamentals.
