When developing a philosophy with respect to any occupation, it is important to have a high level of respect for the position and/or profession. Respect means showing regard for the worth of someone or something. Those words cannot be understated in education. I believe an educator must be passionate, poised, prepared, persistent, professional, and willing to show some personality.
