About Marcella
I graduated from the University of Houston, where I worked hard to achieve my goals and continue my love for learning. While I was in college, I played softball and volleyball, which helped me learn the importance of teamwork, dedication, perseverance, and always giving my best effort.
I have always loved sports because they teach valuable lessons about commitment, practice, and never giving up. I also enjoy drawing and being creative. I believe creativity helps us see the world in new ways and find different solutions to challenges.
One of my greatest passions is teaching young students and helping them become the best versions of themselves. I love watching students learn, grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and discover what they are capable of achieving.

As an educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, I bring knowledge, dedication, and a true passion for helping students succeed. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching Math and Science while working with students at different academic levels, including those who need additional support and encouragement to reach their goals.
Parents can feel confident knowing their child will receive instruction from a teacher who understands that every student learns differently. I take the time to identify each child’s strengths and areas for growth, creating lessons that build confidence, improve skills, and make learning meaningful.
My approach goes beyond teaching content—I focus on building problem-solving skills, encouraging perseverance, and helping students develop the confidence they need to become independent learners. With my experience, patience, and commitment to student success, I provide a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically.
