About Daniel
My priority is for you to feel safe and comfortable in the already frustrating journey of learning STEM. I'm here to help, am fairly laid back and have worked with many students in my time with education. I can confidently say your time spent in our sessions will be well worth the effort.

Hi there,
As a student I promise to work with you through gradual release following a KWL/"I-We-You" model. I will be sure to walk you through everyhting you need to understand in a topic and what knowledge will be relevant and recurring during your time in that course.
I walk you through examples and challenges prompting guiding questions to show you not just how to understand the problems you answer in the class but also the thinking and mindset to persist in future classes. Finally I often try to provide additional material you can take with you to help solidify what we work on and provide closure about your understanding from our sessions.
I work with grades 8-12 but have much experience in helping undergraduate STEM majors as well. As well as tutoring I can also provide insight into the education systems one would navigate into and out of Highschool (AP, SAT/ACT, GRE,MCAT etc...)
