About Lucretia
Hi there! I’m Ms. King, and I’ve been helping students in grades 2–6 learn math and science for over six years. I know these subjects can feel tricky sometimes—but with the right support, they can also be fun, exciting, and something you feel proud of. My job as your tutor is to help you feel confident, comfortable, and curious. I’ll break things down clearly, use visuals and hands-on strategies, and work at your pace—so you don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. I’ve worked with all kinds of learners, including many students learning English, and I love finding the best way you learn. If you’ve ever thought “I’m just not a math or science person,” I’m here to help you change that. You can do this—and I’ll be right there to support you every step of the way!
