I am a British born Chinese who has lived in Shanghai, China and communicate with my family in both mandarin and Cantonese. I have previously tutored Latin, English, and Maths to students between the age range of 9 and 16.

My teaching approach relies on students being comfortable and I tend to teach using topics my students are interested in to make them comfortable to speak. In the past, I’ve used gaming to make kids start speaking during which I will make gentle corrections.
