About Juliana
My name is Juliana Larios, I am a Colombian 20 year old coming to the University of Edinburgh for her year abroad as a Politics and International Relations student. I did my first year of university in France, where I improved my level of french and received personal tutoring lessons from which I took inspiration. I am passionate about languages; I am a native English and Spanish speaker, and I have an intermediate/ advanced level of French and Portuguese. I did some english tutoring during the summer of 2023, and I would love to carry on with this job and help you with your goal of becoming a Spanish speaker!

As a native Spanish and English speaker, I believe my lessons to be easygoing and manageable for both beginners and experienced students. I provide 1 hours long lessons, and would be available to teach everyday of the week. My lessons will be catered to your level of Spanish, and will be based on teaching techniques thatI have acquired as an english tutor and a french language student. My approach will be mainly Audio- Lingual and structural, which means we will focus mainly on dialogue and grammatical rules.
