About Emily
Hello, my name is Emily. I am a sixth-former living in Chelmsford and I study music at A-level. I participate as a first-chair flautist in two orchestras and perform piano in several concerts. I also sing - I perform in pubs and care homes in both the UK and Japan, and in school choirs and musicals. I have a grade 7 ABRSM certificate in piano and I currently work at a grade 8 level, along with working at a grade 6 level in flute. I love teaching children, especially about music and how it can become a hobby they grow to love. Overall, I am passionate about educating children in music and committed to encouraging a deeper appreciation and understanding of the subject.
