Methodology
I follow a Progressive Development approach:
Technical Foundation: Perfecting grips (Continental, Semi-Western) and biomechanics to prevent injury and increase power.
Consistency Drills: High-repetition feeding to build muscle memory for forehands, backhands, and volleys.
Tactical Application: Transitioning from "hitting" to "playing" by incorporating match-play scenarios and court positioning.
