About Jordyn
I am a current full time Civil Engineer with a passion for helping students with learning. While I was a student myself at Iowa State University, I was a tutor for many various college level courses. I really enjoyed helping students gain confidence in their math skills.

A typcial tutoring session will consist of a mini lesson regarding the topic of the session followed by working throughpractice problems together. Student will then be asked to challenge themselves and see if they can complete a similar problem by themselves.
At the start of the lessons, an assessment will be done with each student to better understand the individuals learning style. This is intended to help me with lesson planning unique to that learning style.
