Most students assume that advanced maths is about memorising formulas rather than understanding the underlying logic of the world. After 12 years in the London design scene and earning my MArch and BEng from Imperial, I know that numbers are simply a language for structural reality. Having supported 329 students, I treat every session as an opportunity to sharpen your mental maths and calculus skills.
I find that the most complex concepts often yield to the simplest explanations. My journey from structural engineering to computational design informs how I deconstruct problems for board exam students and kids alike. I enjoy seeing the exact moment when a difficult mensuration problem suddenly makes sense. Balancing my own practice with tutoring remains a highlight of my week.
