Learning to crochet shouldn’t feel like a frustrating game of trial and error. As your private tutor, my approach is entirely built around your goals, your pace, and how your hands naturally want to move. Whether you want to master the perfect amigurumi plushie, stitch a cozy sweater, or just find a relaxing way to unwind after a busy day, we will skip the rigid, one-size-fits-all tutorials and focus on building your confidence from the very first stitch. Together, we’ll decide on patterns, smooth out your tension, and celebrate every milestone along the way in a supportive, judgment-free space—with plenty of patience and absolutely no stress.
My tutoring is all about the thrill of curating your own handmade wardrobe in no time. We focus on modern, wearable fashion—chunky cardigans, breezy crop tops, and statement accessories—using clever construction tricks that get garments off your hook and into your closet fast.
I use a "Project-First" approach. We don't spend weeks practicing boring squares; we start working on a piece of clothing you’ll actually want to wear from day one.
I've been crocheting for over a decade and designing my own wearable garments for years. As a tutor, I have helped dozens of students transition from complete beginners to confident makers who proudly say, "Thanks, I made it myself!" when complimented on their outfit. I know exactly where beginners get stuck, how to fix a mistake without ripping out hours of work, and how to make the learning process incredibly fun.
Skill Level: Completely absolute beginners (who have never held a hook) to intermediate stitchers looking to conquer garment shaping and pattern reading.
Age: Adults and teens (ages 13+) who are passionate about slow fashion, sustainability, or just want a deeply rewarding, creative outlet.

Highly recommended Destiny as a tutor! Not only is she good at explaining concepts in ways you can understand she tailors each lessons to your studying abilities and your strength and weaknesses. In my last maths test I got a H3 which is 2 grades higher than I would've got usually. And this was only working with Destiny for 4 months!!
In you want to increase your grades like I did, I suggest contacting her as soon as possible :)She explains things you don’t understand thoroughly and makes it easier to understand!! She got really high marks in the Lc and that shows how effective she can be!!
