I believe in a personalised tutoring approach and ensure my focus is to build a good rapport with my students. I look for specific learning gaps and use multi teaching methods to engage my students in their lessons and believe praise is priority to build confidence. Effective tutoring is essential. I have tutored for six years now across KS1 and also a pupil in year 7 and SENS in year 8
