I have experience outside of the classroom with tutoring programs for non-profit organizations and have established a tutoring program at a school in the past. I have not only tutored but trained tutors. One-on-one sessions are adapted to fit the individual needs of students instead of a lesson plan that is generic and my not meet the needs of the student.
