About Callie
I am a piano tutor with 4 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition, Piano Emphasis. As a composer and performer, I bring real-world insight and creativity into every lesson. I believe music is a lifelong journey of exploration and expression.
I specialize in improvisation and spontaneous composition, helping students develop unique musical voices. Lessons are tailored to beginners learning the fundamentals, as well as advanced students refining technique and creativity. I focus on making learning practical, engaging, and rewarding.
Students explore composition, improvisation, and performance, building confidence and independence at the piano. I emphasize creativity, curiosity, and expressive playing, ensuring each student develops their own musical style.
I love guiding students to create original music and express themselves fully. Music is more than notes—it’s about discovery, imagination, and personal voice, and I help every student experience that joy.
