I don't believe in one-size-fits-all routines. Every session I lead is carefully structured and result-oriented, designed to address your unique needs — whether it's flexibility, strength, stress relief, pain management, or inner peace.
My teaching philosophy is simple: your progress is my purpose, and your satisfaction is the true measure of every class.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes, though I never rush — if the practice calls for more time, I give it, because meaningful results matter more than watching the clock.
My classes are open to all age groups. Whether you're a child just beginning your yoga journey, a young professional seeking balance, or a senior looking to improve mobility and wellness — there is a place for you here.

Manish is a fantastic teacher and his directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and he is very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. His classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed.
Manish class is really good. I had some back issue but after start yoga with Manish back pain is fully Gone
