Since 2010, I’ve immersed myself in yoga, beginning in 8th grade when I competed in and placed second in a state-level yoga competition. Over the past decade, I’ve transitioned from a practitioner to a professional instructor, starting my teaching journey in 2017. Till Now I have successfully taught more than 5000 People worldwide via online and offline from 25 diverse countries people across various platforms. My experience encompasses guiding individuals with various concerns, including migraine, heart problems, sinus sciatica, depression, anxiety, Strength, Stamina, flexibility , paralysis, arthritis, spondylitis, weight loss , shortness of breath, anxiety & depression, cure migraine, Obesity, shortness of breath, Bronchitis, Asthma, high blood pressure, cholesterol, Chest pain, chest discomfort, intestinal problem, gas & acidity, Constipation, piles, hypertension, sinus, Heart problem, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, wheezing, chest tightness issues, and more. As a specialist in Meditation, Breathwork (Pranayama), asana, and Ayurveda I’ve also delved into advanced techniques like therapy yoga, Advance Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Stretching Yoga, power yoga, Pilates, and Jaap. My professional qualifications include ongoing pursuit of an M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, along with certifications such as Hatha Yoga YTTC, International Yoga Course from Quality Council of India, Power Yoga and Pilates Teacher Training from World Gym Institute, and completion of a 500-hour Yoga Alliance TTC. My background in Master's in Yoga , Certified 500 hours teacher's training course by yoga alliance, Internationally Certified Power Yoga and Pilates Teacher's Training course from WG Institute and QCI certified yoga teacher which is given by Indian government has equipped me with a solid understanding of Mentally, physiology, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, allowing me to tailor sessions to meet the individual needs of my students. His directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and he’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. His classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. he also runs retreats which are really well organised, in beautiful locations, with great company, and worth every penny.”
