The teaching approaches will vary depending on the subject, group or individual studying abilities. My style of teaching preferred is encouraging independent learning confidence, creativity & thinking outside the box to encourage student engagement. This maybe by finding an interest or strength from a student & incorporating this within my teaching methods when explaining new topics etc.. as levels increase / courses. A good teacher is adaptable when teaching a lesson to ensure progress within the student is obtained & to overall share the passion of the subjects you love. This overall makes the subject/topic more engaging for the student & therefore will increase the learners outcome.
