About Kim
I am a teacher by profession, been in practice for more than 10 years and more than 8 years online. I went to Brigham Young University in Hawaii and took Elementary Education. I am very well known among the English Schools I have worked with simply because I am so great at using empathy to teach. My approach is to adjust to my student's needs while encouraging them to enhance the skills they already have.
My classes are free for the first time, I evaluate my students first and introduce my proposed lesson plan and lesson flow. I always incorporate activities that are not only fun but are also beneficial for learning. I can teach any age (from 4 year old-business level English) and any level (beginner-expert). I believe that we never stop learning, unless we have given up on ourselves.

For my first time students, my trial lessons include:
-Introduction (I get to know the student a little bit, ask about hobbies and areas of interest)
-Goals (Students should establish their goals and set them so they could have the end in mind)
-Expectations (Setting expectations for the lessons, the teacher and the class will also help the student set the tone for the whole session)
-Activities (This is where I evaluate the students i.e. Reading, Listening, Comprehension, Speaking etc)
I believe what sets me apart from other teachers is my amazing ability to bring out the best in someone. I have never met any student who felt bad after a lesson with me.
