About Adam
I’m a sports enthusiast, from rugby to triathlon and now I’m exploring mountains. I started personal training back in 2012 and never looked back since then. Helping clients to successfully and healthily lose weight gives satisfaction, helping competitive clients preparing for a race day until the finish line gives satisfaction, helping granddad happily moving better while playing with their grandchildren gives satisfaction.
