"My training as a classical musician often makes people assume I only focus on technical theory. Language exists as a living, breathing entity that requires constant attention to rhythm and cadence. I taught 393 students who each brought unique challenges to our study of Latin American and Castilian variants.
My Master of Music degree gave me a deep appreciation for the structure of Iberian languages. Writing skills and listening practice become much easier when you understand the history of the words.
I have spent 12 years refining how to present these complexities to adults. Advanced learners appreciate the level of detail I include in every session.
