About Jo
I studied yoga casually with my mother, which grew into a passion. I eventually travelled to India to become a Hatha yoga instructor, which was supplemented by additional training in the India art of Kalaripayattu. I returned to the UK and further developed my teaching and learned the Yin style as I did. I currently teach in small groups on Zoom.

My approach comes from my previous background in personal training where I worked with clients who had injuries and needed rehabilitation. I myself have injuries, and found yoga benefited me greatly. I work from a place of consideration for the limitations that people have. I am thorough in instruction, consideration of my students needs and want the best for anyone who I take on.

I currently will only be teaching online due to asthma, and do not wish to risk my health or the health of my students with close contact until the lock down eases and the R number drops.
