About Claire
Hi, I’m Claire. I received my Hatha yoga qualification in Bali of 2017, then went on to teach around the world, including Sri Lanka, Fiji and Morocco. In 2019 I fell in love with Yin yoga and got qualified to teach it in Brighton UK.
Yoga has helped me in so many ways and I want to share the benefits with as many people as I can.
I’ve had experience teaching at studios, retreats, hotels and now I’m online. I’m here to guide you through the practice, so join me to improve your physical and mental health.

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. It consists of passive, longer-held poses ‘between 3-10 minutes’.
It targets deep into our connective tissue ‘fascia’ including the ligaments, joints, bones and meridian lines. It’s a meditative practice, giving you space to turn inwards and quiet the mind.
