Mr. Harwinderpal Singh is our International Certified yoga teacher since 1997. He gives us lesson for yoga with a polite way for teaching that you learn easily . we discuss our problem to them & he listens carefully and solves the problem like pain in back, leg etc. Definitely, he makes us feel free from all type of body pain that we have.

It has been a wonderful experience for me.. Teaching instructions are clear and well explained. As per my experience if anyone really wants to experience self-realization then only Harvinedr Sir can guide you through traditional Yog Asan and Meditation. So, my first priority is the person from whom I learned a little bit about these activities but its benefits are amazing.
