My name is Anuoluwapo, I’m a Contortionist and a Flexibility Coach with over 9 years experience specialized in helping my students achieve their Splits (over, sides and middle), Elbowstand, Backbend, Frontbend, Bonebreaks and many more.
I also tutor on Aerial Hoop/Silk

Perfect! Amazing flexibility class for a beginner! She was kind, clear in their explanations, and checked in often about how the stretches felt.
