About Sally
I fell in love with yoga around six years ago, and in 2020 I decided to take my passion for yoga to the next level. I qualified as a 200RYT yoga instructor in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga from Arohan Yoga, based in Rishikesh, India. I have since taken further courses in Restorative Yoga and Therapeutic Health Yoga. I am Yoga Alliance registered. I have a vast range of clients who have participated in both private and group sessions, with all clients them seeing real physical benefits from the yoga practiced. With clients from all walks of life, my style has adapted and become much more client-centric, which makes my lessons unique and enjoyable.

With a focus on holistic health and wellbeing, my private sessions take a client-centric approach. After a brief discussion regarding needs and desires, each session will be tailored specifically for the client and their requirements. I have much experience working with clients with physical disabilities, injuries and specific needs, ensuring each lesson is delivered at the appropriate level. Any age, experience or fitness level can be catered for, and many different styles of yoga can be utilised for the most fitting and appropriate approach. Lessons typically last for one hour, with breath work and a guided meditation included.

Sally is a fantastic tutor who gives you her full attention and guidance in sessions. I suffer from scoliosis and Sally took this into consideration during our session. I was made to feel comfortable, supported and stretched. I highly recommend the spiritual and physical experience Sally is able to offer.

AS I HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY AND DYSTONIA MY YOGA SESSIONS WITH SALLY HAVE BEEN INVALUABLE OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. WE FOCUS ON BREATHING, MUSCLE STRENGTH, STRETCHES AND RELAXATION, HELPING ME BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. SALLY HAS BEEN BRILLIANT ADJUSTING THE SESSIONS TO SUIT MY INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, WHILST MAKING THEM GREAT FUN.
After I’d given birth during lockdown I really struggled with back pains, Sally gave me zoom classes and shown me yoga poses and stretches to help relieve me of pain. After a few zoom classes I noticed the pain was gone but I felt much more relaxed and energetic. I’d recommend Sally to anyone she is friendly and full of knowledge.
