About Bernadette
My yoga journey started in my pregnancy 11 years ago when I needed to move away from my running and practise something more restorative. Over the years, yoga has become a bigger part of my life and training as a yoga teacher has been the most rewarding development I’ve ever achieved. I love to work with students through the broad range of components in yoga to gain an overall wellness within themselves.

Hello I look forward to meeting you, either in person or online. I’d love to get to know your intentions and goals and generally get to know you in an initial free consultation. I teach Hatha Yoga which is a breath-based practice utilising asanas, relaxation, breath work and meditation. I can teach any length of class from 60 to 90 minutes for all levels. RYT 200 hours Yoga Teacher Yoga Alliance Accredited

Bernadette tailored a workout specific to my individual needs and was very patient during the whole session when I needed breaks for my baby. She described all position and movements well and explained the purpose of each. I finished the workout feeling well stretched, stronger and calm - fantastic!
Bernadette gave me the encouragement to try yoga even though I was having joint and tendon problems. She has supported me through one to one sessions, adjusting yoga exercises to my personal abilities. Without Bernadette's gentle coaxing and clear instructions I would not have tried yoga.
