About Andrea

In this space, you'll learn to breathe, connect with your body, get to know yourself better, and listen to your mind and heart. I fell in love with yoga and now I want to share this wonderful, life-changing practice with others.
Each class will be guided step by step, starting with a meditation accompanied by breathing exercises, continuing with asanas (postures) and ending with relaxation using aromatherapy.
You will come back to yourself after each practice!
