About Dacil
I'm a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and Shiatsu Therapist. I did my qualifications in Spain and now I'm working to get my qualification in Iyengar Yoga. I follow an holistic approach using the knowledge of the human body given me both by the Yoga and Shiatsu disciplines.

My Yoga classes focus on the alignment of the body and correct execution of the asanas. I am inspired by the Iyengar syllabus, a style of Yoga that is getting more and more popular now thanks to how beneficial it is, improving concentration, posture and attitude towards life.

Dácil's great. Reliable, committed, patient and smiley. She loves what she does and that really shines through in her lessons!
I've attended many yoga classes with Dàcil, both online and in person, and have been always feeling so well by the end the class! Have started as a beginner and now am intermediate. She tailors classes to the attendants and always follow closely everyone to correct postures or to give some hints on how to get the most out of the practice. Fully recommended!
