About Cathy
I retrained a few years ago - having worked as a University Law Lecturer for many years - in my 20s I taught aerobics in `London -So fun - but so hard on our joints !
I have loved my new career -as well as looking after our bodies, I love meeting people in classes - or clients in their homes - my classes are, I hope, warm and friendly - and well tailored and well planned for my clients needs and wishes - and pleasurable - so that my students in classes leave with a feeling of well - being and , over time , friendship with each other

The Class is usually and hour -we will focus on your needs and goals for your yoga practice - My signature class will start with a Vinyasa flow for a bit of workout! Then stretching for flexibility & mobility - balance work - some work to strengthen the core and support the back - some Yin slow stretches - then a delicious gentle guided meditation to finish
I Lead gentle classes for seniors or those with limited mobility - and we modify the practice as your body needs - I aim for a little challenge perhaps - but always with ease
Little by little as we practice we unfurl and ease our bodies whilst building strength and mobility
