About Jessica
I offer personalized remote yoga and mindful‑movement sessions for women who want a practice that evolves with them—rooted in expert guidance, sustainable growth, and meaningful support for their everyday life.
With six years of teaching experience and over a decade as a personal trainer, I help women build real strength, improve mobility, and move through life with more confidence and ease. 200‑hour RYT Yoga Teacher and CanfitPro‑certified Personal Trainer with 11 years of experience, over 6,000 client hours, and Level 4 GoodLife Fitness training background, with additional certifications in mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, calisthenics, Exercise Therapy, Adaptive Fitness, and Precision Nutrition, plus specialized experience in injury prevention, autoimmune support, and pre/post‑natal care.
