I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor with 1 year of experience. I have guided hundreds of students through meditations and mindful movements to ground the body and calm the mind. My goal is to help alleviate stress and help you reconnect with yourself. Just a few minutes a day can change your life.
