About Sangeeta
Hi. This is Sangeeta. I just happened upon Yoga when I was an obese HR. What started as a curiosity, has been the best discovery of my life. Since I have personally gone through the struggle, I approach my classes with deep understanding of struggles clients go through and design my programs accordingly.

As a teacher, I design special regimen with optimal mix of Yoga, Cardio, HIIT based on clients' need on a case by case basis. I also specialize in women's issues such as PCOD, PCOS, menstrual cramps, pregnancy, prenatal and postnatal yoga, post-pregnancy weight loss, sleeping disorder, postpartum, snoring, knee health, carpal tunnel syndrome, slipped disk, bulge in spine etc. besides weight loss and weight gain program and help them cope with the psychological issues associated with it. I also provide free diet plans and follow up with clients to make sure that they follow it.

Sangeeta is my morning coffee. Only that this addiction is good for the body and mind. A great start to the day. And Sangeeta mixes things well that stirs up every corner of your body. Traditional yoga with a mix of various stretches, bits of HIIT etc to keep you going in your fitness journey.
I have been learning Yoga with Sangeeta for 3 months almost. She is very professional in her approach. Very punctual and systematic in her approach. I learnt the basic asanas and looking forward to advance sessions. In addition her attention to detail and tips on diet are very useful .

I joined Sangeeta's yoga classes in 2019, before COVID when we had offline classes. She has a good understanding of each of her student's level, capacity & capability. She encourages & motivate us to our full potential.

Sangeeta is beyond excellent. Lots of popular (some even celebrity) coaches online, but nobody can match Sangeeta's sincerity and commitment. She literally looks after all her students, with such individual attention, you dont feel you are in a group class. She makes sure your form is right, you are avoiding exercises for your specific issues, and you are understanding the exercise well. Even outside of class, she encourages you to be regular and is very open to feedback. . I have found her workouts perfect for issues most of us face in today's times - cervical pain, backaches, migraines, knee problems, etc. . The workouts are also simple & interesting. They feel very therapeutic and not the complex kinds one would begin bunking soon.

started the yoga classes during lockdown when the in-class yoga was not possible and the learning was through online. I was a little ambiguous on online sessions if the mentor would be able to focus on all the participants during the session. The very first day all my doubts vanished. Sangeeta is so proficient that she manages to focus on all the participants during the session and caters to their individual needs. The sessions are inspiring and motivating and provides holistic approach. I started my workout sessions with Sangeetha in June. In 4 months I have seen my body get more flexible and the random aches and pains have reduced.
