About Eszter
Yoga has been the one steady thread throughout my life — the practice I return to again and again. It's not just something I do; it's what has held me, healed me, and helped me find clarity when everything else was uncertain. It's this deep, lived relationship with yoga that shapes how I teach. I've worked in mental health care and have spent much of my life supporting others — listening, guiding, and creating safe, nurturing spaces. That human connection, the priority of care, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in themselves are central to how I show up as a teacher. My practice is rooted in Vinyasa Krama, guided by mindful sequencing and alignment, but over the years I’ve immersed myself in many movement and healing modalities — from traditional yoga to Do-In, from contemporary anatomy to somatic exploration. Integrating all of these has allowed me to develop a holistic and intuitive style that respects both structure and spontaneity, strength and softness. I see the mat as a mirror — a space where we meet ourselves honestly, lean into discomfort with compassion, and reconnect to something deeper. My intention is always to offer more than just movement. I hold space for people to pause, breathe, explore, and gradually shift — inside and out. Teaching, for me, is about sharing what helped me, and watching others unfold in their own time. It’s about planting seeds of awareness, offering support, and celebrating every small return to presence. If you’re looking for a grounded, soulful, and nourishing approach to practice, I’d love to meet you on the mat.

My Approach to Teaching My teaching is rooted in the belief that movement is a form of meditation and self-exploration. I guide students through a progressive, mindful practice that not only strengthens the body, but also calms the mind and nourishes the spirit. Whether in a group or one-on-one setting, I aim to create a space that is both structured and playful, where students feel supported, inspired, and safe to explore their own inner landscape. Teaching Style & Methodology I primarily teach Vinyasa Krama flow, a step-by-step progression that blends breath and movement, guided by Iyengar-influenced alignment principles. Props are regularly used to build healthy muscle memory and encourage safe, sustainable practice. Sequences are fluid yet intentional, building towards a peak pose or theme, helping students drop beneath surface thoughts and connect more deeply to themselves. In addition to Vinyasa, I also offer: Do-In sessions (gentle self-shiatsu and energy-based movement inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine), Yogalates (a fusion of dynamic yoga and Pilates core work), and Pranayama and meditative movement practices for nervous system regulation and subtle awareness. Each class is tailored to the group’s needs and energy, integrating anatomy, intuitive sequencing, and a touch of poetic flow. Class Duration & Format I offer 60- to 90-minute sessions, both in-person and online, suitable for **groups, private clients, and workshop series. Classes can be adapted for all levels, with modifications and options offered throughout. I particularly enjoy supporting those on a longer self-development journey — whether beginners seeking strong foundations, or experienced practitioners wanting to deepen their practice. Qualifications & Background 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, India (2019) Certified Do-In Instructor, Budapest Shiatsu College (2019) Yogalates Teacher Certification (2020)100hr Sequencing & Sadhana Training with Meghan Currie, Bali (2022) Ongoing education: Tom Myers’ *The Science of Stretch* (focus on fascia and contemporary anatomy) I have taught yoga since 2018 in varied settings: studios (e.g., Joga Placc in Budapest), gyms (e.g., PeakGym in Gibraltar), parks, Zoom sessions, and community spaces in Spain and online. I’ve guided diverse groups — from beginners to regulars — and bring a grounded, open-hearted presence to each session. Who My Classes Are For My sessions vary from beginners to intermediate, and I particularly enjoy working with: Adults seeking a sustainable, embodied practice People recovering from burnout or looking to reconnect to themselves Those curious about anatomy, energetics, or a more mindful approach to movement Anyone who wants to feel stronger, softer, and more centred Ultimately, I aim to help students feel at home in their bodies, more aware in their minds, and more connected to life — both on and off the mat.
