THE REAL MENTOR and FRIEND.
You know when we do not feel good abt ourself when we do certain poses, wondering whether we did it right or no. All of those feelings makes us step away from the real meaning of doing Yoga. Yet, she makes us FEELS PROUD of ourself no matter how we did the poses.

She was not trying to correct me, yet I feel that Gamatari guides me thru every step very sincerely and in a very convenient way.

And in the end, I got the technique and the real meaning of doing yoga :)

Gama is wonderful yoga instructor and show her passionate for her class or participants. She has great knowledge , skills, friendly and professional approaches to give respectful and appropriate support to participants who may be not familiar with the practice or the level in the class.

Cara ngajarnya enak, saya suka. Gerakannya mantap. Perhatian pada gerakan peserta dan tidak segan untuk membantu jika peserta kesulitan dalam melakukan sebuah gerakan.

She is very passionate of she is doing. She doesn’t just preach of yoga but also she does what preach from yoga and she has proven it to herself and everyone of what yoga did to her physically and mentally.

I was never a ‘ flexible ‘ or have yoga mentality but Gama change the way i perceived yoga. Highly recommended teacher for a beginner like me. Her class is moving and powerful. The breathing technique she teach is exceptional.

I took lesson with Gama and I must say I am really impressed with her teaching . She is very patient and she explained each and every yoga pose/ asana with ease and good knowledge. I recommend anyone who wants to learn and practice Yoga to have Gama as your instructor!
