I am a certified yoga instructor. I love restorative and yin yoga. My emphasis is meeting the clients' needs where they are. I specialise in teaching people who are new to yoga. You do not need to have any experience at all. Many people worry that they are not flexible enough to do it. Flexibility is a happy result of yoga, not a requirement to it. Yoga is a non-judgmental space, where you can be yourself, and it is all up to you. You can start where you are.

First lesson, a half-hour session, is free. Afterwards, all subsequent bookings that are cancelled less than 24-hours to the appointment will be paid in full by the student. Cancellations made with 24-hour notice will get a full refund. Thank you :)
