About Irfan
I have been a student of yoga since 2011 and have been teaching yoga since 2016. I am a 2-time National participant in Yoga. I have experience teaching in a school for 1 year and in a yoga studio for 1 year, and I've been teaching online since 2019. I'm an AYUSH certified Yoga instructor.

Breathing based Hatha Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa, and meditation is taught with care. The teacher is certified. And have more than 10 years of experience in the field of yoga. The goal of the classes is to create balance in the body and mind and increase productivity in the students.

Hi everyone, I started to have yoga lessons with Irfan last week Thursday. Since then we had lesson Monday Tuesday Wednesday and will have also tomorrow. I am very satisfied with him. He is very professional, well prepared for each lesson. He plan everything according to our age, I am 47 and my friend 42. He is asking how it is for us, if it is too hard or if it is good. He is very polite, kind and explains everything thoroughly. I will continue to have yoga with him for sure as I want to get strong and stay in good shape for comming years.
