About Camille
FR I started giving lessons in March 2020 to my friends, my mom (60+) and my pregnant friends (until the 38th week) as well as a friend with sensory / motor disorders.
Encouraged by their positive feedback, I decided to expand my offer to a wider audience.
I build sequences accessible to beginners and easily adaptable for more advanced students. I am very creative and I like to adapt my teaching to all kinds of conditions and ages.
I am forever an apprentice who learns along the way, improving my skills with the experiences and feedback of my students

90 minutes class divided into 4 parts:
- Breathing / meditation exercises
- Gentle warm-up
- Sequence of postures
- Guided relaxation
* Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: private class
For beginners, the duration of the course depends on the level, and may increase as you go
-Introduction to the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system
-Breathing technique
-Primary series: sun salutations then series of postures added as you go
