About Helena
I am a qualified yoga teacher, I practice an Ashtanga / Vinyasa style I have taught in hotels, spas, CrossFit and yoga centers in Ibiza and Barcelona. I have worked for 10 years in several universities in Barcelona, in the department of marketing and advising students until I decided to turn my professional career around and dedicate myself to one of my hobbies, yoga
