About Anna
From a very young age I started to look for something that fulfilled myself. On this path I came across contemporary dance and yoga, hatha, iyengar, kundalini, sivananda, they have taught me and allow me to share this wonderful world with you.
I started to practice in 2013, and i started to studied in 2016.
I really love serving others and i like to help people to feel better with their self and yoga helps to do that.

Classes last 40 min or 1.5 hours (according the age), for any age (3 - 100 y.o.) we will work in the relationship with our body, mind and soul. We will move parts of our body that never move, we will breathe, chanting mantras and meditate. It is an space to find ourselves.
