About Romina
I am a Translator and English Teacher, but through Yoga I began a path of self-knowledge that changed my lifestyle. After several years of practicing yoga, I took the internationally certified Yoga Alliance teacher training course. In my classes I like to be able to transmit my knowledge and thus help my students to live their own path of self-realization.

In yoga classes we work with Pranayamas, Asanas, Relaxation and Meditation in order to focus on the present time: "here and now". Over time we will be able to connect with our true inner being, as well as take our practice on the mat to our day to day routine.
It is not necessary to have previous experience. Each class is adapted according to the needs and possibilities of the practitioners.
