About Markéta
I have been very physically active since I was a child, doing many sposrt. Therefore I have always had a very active lifestyle. I started doing yoga when I was 18 and shortly I realized how great "exercise " it is. It has helped me a lot and it made me wanted to help others to. So I decided to complete my 280 hours yoga teacher training in 2020 and I successfully did it. Since that I have been working with elderly people, pregnant women or people who have never done yoga before.

Yoga has been part of my life since I was 18. It is important for me to understand how human body works and apply that to my yoga sessions. My goal is for my students and clients to feel better after my class (physically and/or mentally). I alwys try to understand my client's needs and their goals and help them out to go meet them.
