About Eleonora
I am a Yoga Teacher alliance member since 2008 and now specialise in therapeutic yoga. I am working with people with mental health issues, large spectrum of people and cases. I teach 1:1 classes and chair yoga for people with restricted mobility. Happy to provide yoga, followed by a healthy snack to a child or adults party

The yoga classes have a therapeutic aspect and include: -> learning the principles of yoga and to apply them in the everyday life; ->Learn to practice yoga exercises safely - how to align the body, how long to hold the pose; -> breathing techniques - why are they important to calm down the nervous system Suitable for all levels and age, previous experience is not a must. Nutritional advice available upon request.
